How to cancel Individual

When paid checkout is enabled, cancel from Settings → billing portal (Stripe Customer Portal) or email support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the paid period already purchased unless Stripe reports otherwise.

Refunds

If hosted checkout charged you in error, or the product was unavailable after payment because of an operator defect, contact support within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Free accounts have no charge to refund. Church/Seminary cannot be purchased, so they have no refund path.

Private inference

Home Ollama/LM Studio usage is not billed by BibleMind. Canceling Individual does not delete local corpus packs or Study Packs on your device.
